Every time a customer reaches you through the website we have built for you or one of the ads we have created for your business, we will inform you that we have sent you the lead. If the customer reaches you through the ‘booking request’ or ‘request a quote’ call to action buttons on the website, we will send you an SMS and email informing you about this. If a customer calls you through the website or an ad, at the beginning of the call you will hear a short message, UENI is now connecting your call. Alternatively, one of our representatives will contact you directly about the customer enquiry.
We will inform you every time we bring you a potential customer, so you can see how well our service is working for you on a regular basis.
We track all activity coming through our channels. At the end of each month, your account manager will send you a short report so you can see the calls, emails, and SMS that you have received through UENI.
