When signing up with UENI, we will automatically create your Google My Business (GMB) page which you will have to verify. Learn more about the verification process.
Once you start using it, we will send you a monthly report that will give you an inside look at how people find your business listing on the web. This report consists of 6 sections that provide information about your audience and how they interact with your business listing:
1. How customers find your listing
This section shows how your customers finds you:
Direct search: they directly typed your business name or address.
Discovery search: they searched for a category, product or service, and your business appeared.
Total searches: the total amount of searches your business generated
2. Where customers find you on Google
This section shows where your customers find you within a given timeframe. “Views” means that you appear in their feed for a specific search:
Search views: they found you via Google Search
Maps views: they found via Google Maps
Total views: the total amount of views your business generated
3. What actions customers are taking
This section shows what customers did once they found your listing on your Google:
Visit your website how many are checking your website
Request directions how many are checking your business' address
Call you how many are calling you
View photos how many are checking your photos
Total actions: the total amount of views your business generated
You can see how many people took a particular action by hovering the mouse over the different segments of the graph.
4. What are the directions customers request
This section shows where on the map customers request directions to your business. You can use Map or Satellite view or zoom in the map.
5. How many customers are calling your business
This section shows when and how often customers called your business via your listing on Google. You can view trends by day or time of day, or select a specific timeframe.
6. How many customers are looking your pictures
This section shows how many pictures are associated with your listing and how often they are viewed compared to photos of businesses within a given timeframe.
